Something isn't right.
Sometimes things just don't work out. It's not you, it's us. We really want you to love your purchase and enjoy it for years to come, so let's chat about how we can make it right.
If your item is flawed in any way we will offer a replacement, or a full refund up to 30 days after receipt of your item if item is unwashed, unworn and with original tags. Please email heather@shopfrangere.com and a return shipping label will be sent via email. No postage is required. However, your return shipping charge will be deducted from your refund. Schedule a complimentary USPS pickup here. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for processing. Additional delays may occur for reasons beyond our control. You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed (be sure to check your spam folder).
We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. and of the approval or rejection of your refund and the reason(s) why. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Um...I haven't gotten my refund yet?
That is terrible. But, there are things that you have to do before we can help. I know, its a pain.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at heather@shopfrangere.com. We will work together to get it figured out and get your refund.
I just don't love it. I really don't.
That makes us sad to hear, but...if you really don't love it, please reach out to heather@shopfrangere.com and let's see if we can come to an agreement without breaking up. It's always good to have "the talk" about what we did to cause the breakup so we can do better next time 'round.
